Hello, my fellow Forbidden Girlies!

My name is Sigourney – the creator and owner of The Forbidden Girlies. We're a small independent business based in Manchester, England! 📚✨

I'm a book lover and creative soul with a love for all things romantasy, cosy, dark romance and aesthetic. When I'm not lost in a good book, I'm creating and crafting. After being a physical book girlie for YEARS, my friends finally persuaded me into becoming a Kindle girlie, and that's where this story starts.

After having my Kindle for twelve months along with my passion for creating, I decided to make some personalised Kindle inserts and charms, which I then gifted to my bookish besties for their birthdays, and that's how The Forbidden Girlies was established. From the encouragement of said bookish besties, I made the decision to share my designs with you all, and the response has been overwhelming!

I want my pieces to be more than just pretty; I want them to carry the same cosy, whimsical energy as the stories and moments that mean the most to us. I am excited to share all of my bookish creativities and overall love for books with you all.
